Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to join our data-driven team. This role is critical in understanding business drivers, testing hypotheses through product analytics, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid background in statistics, and the ability to influence business and product strategy through collaboration and data storytelling.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses to uncover insights into business performance and marketplace dynamics.
• Design and execute A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data logging implementation, data pipeline integrity, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics and business performance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders and product teams.
• Interpret user behavior and contribute to product strategy through advanced data analytics.
• Present findings and analysis clearly to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics roles, preferably in consumer-facing product environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting experimental results.
• Skilled in building dashboards and visualizations to monitor and present key business metrics.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or product-centric company.
• Exposure to marketplace or platform business models.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts or advanced statistical modeling.Certifications
• No certifications required. Certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related tools (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau, etc.) are a plus.
