design.Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned leader to head
our TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design) and Multiphysics
simulation team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust
background in semiconductor technologies, proven leadership
experience, and a strong academic foundation. This role requires a
visionary leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration,
and achieve outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of TCAD and Multiphysics engineers,
providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our TCAD
capabilities and Multiphysics modeling efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TCAD
results into product development processes.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by setting clear objectives
and performance metrics.
- Drive research initiatives and stay updated with industry
trends to maintain our competitive edge.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous
improvement within the team.
- Represent the team in technical discussions with clients and
stakeholders.Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials
Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor
technologies, with a focus on TCAD and multiphysics modeling.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a
semiconductor company.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, process
technologies, and modeling tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership
skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
- A strong publication record and contributions to the academic
