Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all project-related financial activities are
completed.
- Reconcile project budgets and expenses.
- Generate reports detailing project progress and financial
status.
- Prepare and generate invoices based on project data.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure invoices are
accurate and sent out on time.
- Monitor and ensure that all team members log their working
hours correctly and on time.
- Follow up with individuals who have incomplete or incorrect
time entries.
- Generate time tracking reports and analyze data for
discrepancies or issues.Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Generate necessary data and reports for delivery managers and
senior management.
- Ensure all data related to project performance is up to date
and accurately reflected in the company's systems.Coordination and
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and the finance
department.
- Communicate deadlines and requirements for time logging and
project data submission.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to project financials or
time tracking.Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all data is accurate and invoices
are correct.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple projects and deadlines
efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Clearly communicating with team members
and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify
discrepancies.
- Familiarity with Project Management Software: Knowledge of
tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and time tracking
software like Harvest or Toggl.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, project
management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project administration or
