We're growing our team here in SANTA CLARA, CA:Compensation: $31.00 / HRShift: Flex schedule (Must be available to work any shift)About the job:

• The individual will work in a GSOC environment monitoring several screens
• The Operator will use a variety of tools that range from access control and alarm monitoring systems to various business intelligence sources, open-source media, Internet, and in-house tools
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol, or alerting Fire services or Police as needed
• Conduct investigations using numerous applications to confirm or deny any accusations or events reported to the Global Security Team
• Have the ability to multitask under stressful or intense circumstances
• Support the GSOC Manager in the completion of necessary tasks
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.Your background:
  • You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Must have at minimum at least one year of GSOC operator experience
  • YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR MOST UP TO DATE GSOC RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
  • Must have an active DL and be able to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • Must have valid CPR certification (can be obtained during the hiring process)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
