Our state of the art practice in Sunnyvale is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental family. We are an established private practice. We take pride in the high quality care we provide for each of our valuable patients. QUALIFICATIONS FOR REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT:
Offering a Permanent Position - Full-Time
Full Time: Monday - Thursday
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As a RDA, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring the comfort of patients.
Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, and implant restorations
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and arranging dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Perform basic dental laboratory duties such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary crowns
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation using Eaglesoft software
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental reception area (only as needed)
- Proven experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is preferred but not required
